VPayEZ supports IOS 15 and above. For NFC Support, any version of IOS past version 13 is known to function, however we can not provide support for older versions of iOS. Please ensure your device is up to date.
On Apple iPhone, models from iPhone XR and up support tag scanning to play. Simply bring your phone to the card or tag to scan. Your phone should then pop up a dialog (near the top of the display) prompting to open in the VPayEZ app. Tap "Open" and proceed.
On the Apple iPhone X, 7 and 8 (including plus models) - it is possible to disable NFC reading. Swipe up from the bottom of your screen until you see the Quick menu. Check that the "NFC" icon is enabled.
If you are still unable to scan to play, it is possible your iPhone settings are conflicting. You can try:
- Changing your Airdrop sharing settings from Settings -> General -> AirDrop (change, save, go back, revert)
- Starting and stopping Airplane mode
- Resetting your network settings
